OffiCalc is a spreadsheet application designed for editing and creating Excel-compatible XLS documents within the OpenOffice Calc environment, accessible through the OffiDocs platform. It primarily utilizes the OpenDocument spreadsheet format but also supports Microsoft Excel formats XLS and XLSX, along with the ability to export files as Portable Document Format (.pdf).

The application offers a subscription model consisting of:

<li>A monthly subscription period.</li>
<li>A fee of $0.99 per month.</li>
<li>An auto-renewal feature ensuring uninterrupted service and ad removal.</li>
<li>Charges billed to the iTunes Account upon purchase confirmation.</li>
<li>An auto-renewal process that can be managed or disabled within the user's account settings at least 24 hours prior to renewal.</li>
<li>No cancellation options available during an active subscription period.</li>
